🔁 Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
❗ Note: Returns are not accepted for used items, clearance sale products, or personal gear (e.g. inner gloves, protective cups, mouth guards) due to hygiene reasons.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If the return was due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was delivered. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order number and product details.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
